This is the BEST opportunity for all the vegetarians and vegans on campus to voice their opinion about the food at the Marketplace! The questionnaire is lengthy (takes less than 10 mins), but they really take these answers to heart, so let’s be honest about what we think of their lack of vegan options. Some key things they want our opinion on: availability of nutrition information, food variety, availability of vegetarian options, and there is a section where we can type a reason why we don’t eat at the marketplace more often–so mention you’re vegan or vegetarian and that they don’t have enough food choices for you! It’s important that they get a large sample of people asking for more vegan options, because there are a lot of us on campus and it’s about time they listened to us!
