When? Thursday, Feb 16, 6:30 pm
Where? Lake Claire Community Center

This Thursday, BARC’s going to have its next Dinner-and-a-Move (the first one this spring)! The idea behind Dinner-and-a-Movie is to provide people with free food and a free moving showing to let people discover the delicious vegan food that is out there to promote kindness to animals in a fun way.

We’ll have different sorts of pasta, including vegan chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan, sphagetti with vegan meatballs, and more. The movie will be the Princess Bride. If you can help, email copresidents@barcdontbite.org.

If you have an account with Myspace, Facebook, or something similar, please announce it to your friends/groups. We should have an image of the flyer that you can use up on the web site soon. You can copy & paste the contents of this message, if you like.

On Monday, we’ll meet in the same place we did for the last meeting, in the Office of Student Involvement on the 2nd floor of the Student Union (the place with all the cubicles for student groups). We’ll talk about the promotion, cooking, and carrying-out of the Dinner-and-a-Movie, our next restaurant visit, and more. There’s sure to be food.

6. Please Help: Pet Rescue By Judy

Pet Rescue by Judy is in a crisis, and they need help. Because of zoning laws, they’ve been forced to evacuate their kennel. They need foster homes immediately, so if you or anyone you know can provide a place for an animal to stay, call:

Judy @ 407-382-5991 or J.P. @ 386-689-4344

If you have a question about anything, email copresidents@barcdontbite.org, and you should get a relatively prompt response.
