Meat substitutes are used. Quality is excellent. Most items are vegan. Menu reads like a traditional Chinese restaurant menu (i.e. "sweet and sour pork", "General Tso's chicken", etc.) but everything uses a soy meat substitute. There are also some "American" items like pasta and veggie sandwiches.
"Pure Vegetarian South Indian Cuisine." A bit of a drive (near Florida Mall), but so worth it! They serve the most delicious Indian food ever. Super fresh, authentic, and totally meat free.

Been looking for a pizza place with quality pizza and toppings? Mellow Mushroom is the place to go. Lots of fresh veggies, tofu, and other toppings. They used to carry soy cheese (hopefully they'll bring it back someday); they will put it on if you bring it in though (make sure to tell them no cheese/parmesan/butter, so it's vegan)! BARC has social events there occassionally, so feel free to join us! We'll usually share a few pizzas with various toppings and Follow Your Heart brand soy mozzarella cheese (instead of dairy mozzarella).
